We believe the proposed new climate law for Scotland is not ambitious enough.
We want MSPs in the Scottish Parliament to change the Bill to:
- Set greenhouse gas emissions targets in line with climate science;
- Ensure that public spending is aligned with plans to reduce Scotland’s emissions; and
- Commit to specific policy changes to reduce emissions across a range of sectors.
