Chapter Just Transition
Establish the Just Transition Commission on a long-term, statutory footing
There must be representative membership of key stakeholders who can also consider gender, racial and disability justice as part of a Just Transition, and act on the Commission’s call for interim just transition targets up to 2045, with annual tracking.
